GoogleSurvivors include daughter Dawn Wheeler, sons Frank and Doug Cummins, all of Indiana, mother Florence Newport, Washington (state), sisters Sandra Newport, Oklahoma, and Lucile Christenson and husband Gary, Washington (state), brothers Harold Newport and wife Catherine, Newport, and Paul Newport and wife Bonnie, Arizona, and six grandchildren.
A memorial service will take place at 10 a.m., Saturday, at the Church of Mt. Gilead, Mooresville.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that a donation to the American Cancer Society be made in her honor.
