Christian concert set

A Christian Rock concert will take place Saturday, June 14, from 3-9p.m.

There will be five bands playing at Forest Park in the Cow Palace.

Two Brazil bands will be performing, Breaking Silence and Faktion 68.

Also performing, Good Morning Midnight from Marshall, Ill., Bloodstones from Swayzee and Perfect Storm Youth Band from Terre Haute.

Admission is free and is sponsored by Chyrsalis.

I'm sad. This is held around the same time Walmart-sponsored "Battle of the Bands" is taking place. There's a great Christian group playing there from Brazil, too. "P 150", formerly known as "Souled Out" will be performing.

It's alright!! You never can get too many Christian groups playing for this community!! The more, the better!!
