Several vying for Princess crown

There are 13 girls in Clay County vying for the 2008 Clay County 4-H Fair Princess crown.

Last year, Elizabeth Beyers won the title.

Contestants attempting to win this year include Allie Haddon, Paige Schroer, Molly Powell, Emily Durcholz, Heather "Danni" Wallace, Rebecca Beyers, Taylor Payne, Ashley Seymout, Baileigh Burns, Saiti Booe, Carli Milner, Kayla Sinders and Cami Yocom.

Haddon, 15, is the daughter of John and Terri Haddon and is being sponsored by Premier Tax Service.

Schroer, 12, is the daughter of Richard Schroer and Dawn Sparks and is being sponsored by Royer Veterinarian Service.

Durcholz, 15, is the daughter of Chris and Annette Durcholz and is being sponsored by Busy Bees 4-H Club.

Wallace, 13, is the daughter of Jay and Heather Swalley and is being sponsored by 6-Points Trading Post.

Beyers, 14, is the daughter of Pat and Lisa Beyers and is being sponsored by Jackson Township Farmhands 4-H Club.

Payne, 14, is the daughter of Paul Payne and Jamie Payne and is being sponsored by Specialty Lawn Care.

Seymour, 15, is the daughter of Brad and Connie Seymour and is being sponsored by Maple Hunter Decals.

Burns, 14, is the daughter of Scott and Marian Burns and is being sponsored by the Van Buren Hustlers 4-H Club.

Booe, 13, is the daughter of Kent and Tina Booe and is being sponsored by Kent Booe Trucking.

Milner, 14, is the daughter of Jeff and DeBrenn Milner and is being sponsored by Clay County 4-H Horse and Pony Club.

Sinders, 14, is the daughter of Rusty and Jana Sinders and is being sponsored by Harrison Handy Happy Helpers 4-H Club.

Yocom, 15, is the daughter of Carey Yocom and is being sponsored by A Cub Above and McAllister's The Rental Store.
