David and Elizabeth McFaddin celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary on June 24, 2008. They were married in the Carbon Baptist Church by Bro. John Newton.

David was the advertising manager for The Brazil Times.

Elizabeth was the Contracts/Procurement manager for the State of Indiana.

They have five children: Thomas Scott Hood and Karen; Kevin Hood and Beth; Terry Hood and Susie; Donald McFadden and Claudia; and Emily McFaddin. They have 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

The McFaddin's celebrated with a quiet evening at home.
