BREAKING NEWS: Disaster Relief Center open in ReelsvilleThursday, July 3, 2008
A FEMA Mobile Disaster Recovery Center has been opened at the Reelsville Volunteer Fire Department, 7748 S. County Road 625 W, Reelsville, to help those in need of flood assistance in Clay and Putnam counties.
"Those who have flood damage and need assistance can go to the center in Reelsville and receive help quicker than calling the number for FEMA," Clay County Emergency Management Director Bryan Husband said. The center will be open until 7 p.m., today, and 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Friday through Wednesday, July 9. |
