He was born March 12, 1947, in Brazil, as the son of Raymond and Helen Galbraith Rogers.
He worked as a sanitation worker until his health declined.
He enjoyed assembling plastic models and listening to country western music.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by sister Linda Rogers, nephews Denver and Kenny Rogers, nieces Jackie and Amber Rogers and special friends Patty Winn and George Paff.
Visitation will be 10 a.m.-noon, Wednesday, July 9, at Moore Funeral Home. Funeral services will be noon, Wednesday, with burial to follow at Restlawn Cemetery.
