Brazil Mayor Ann Bradshaw signs a document proclaiming July 2008 as "National Concert Band Month," Thursday afternoon at City Hall. The Brazil Concert Band is celebrating its 150th year, and will be joined by Special Guest Conductor Col. Bryan Shelburne, former director of "Pershing's Own," the U.S. Army Band of Washington D.C., during Sunday's concert. The concert is set to begin at 8 p.m., at Forest Park, rain or shine.
