Timothy Michael Tryon, 40, Brazil, died at 7:55 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 17, 2008, in LaPorte County, Ind.

He was born June 9, 1968, in Terre Haute, Indiana as the son of Timothy Harry Tryon and Barbara Smith Tryon. He had been employed in the construction industry.

He is survived by his parents, one son, Cody Tryon, Terre Haute, one brother, Paul Urbain, Terre Haute, two sisters, Jodi White, Brazil and April Tryon, Mooresville, one granddaughter, Brooklynn Tryon, and grandparents, Paul and Martha Smith.
