Jerry and Rosemary Stephens, Bowling Green will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.

They were married on on Aug. 30, 1958, at Beech United Methodist Church, Coal City.

Mrs. Stephens is the former Rosemary Fritz, Clay City.

The Stephens' have five children: Kathleen Broadfoot and Jeff, Greenwood; Dianna Stephens, Bowling Green; Keith Stephens and Margaret, Hammond; and Lori and Karol Stephens, both of Bowling Green; four grandchildren: Kristin Stephens, Bowling Green; Matthew, Nathan and Jenny Broadfoot, all of Greenwood.

An open house celebration is planned for Sunday, Aug. 31 from 2-4 p.m. at the Friendly Open Bible Community Church, four miles east of Clay City, on SR 246.

All friends and family are invited to attend. Cake and punch will be served. Please no cards or gifts.
