She was born Oct. 21, 1962, in Brazil, the daughter of Harley Buffington and Ida Reynolds Buffington.
She last worked as a private investigator for Secure Detective and Security Agency.
On Aug. 16, 1997, she married George Goldsmith. He survives.
She enjoyed crocheting, painting and drawing. She was very proud of her Native American heritage.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Harley Buffington Jr., and an infant daughter.
Survivors include her husband George Goldsmith, stepson Jacob Goldsmith, adopted son Chadd Weaver and wife Sherrie, former daughter-in-law Jennifer Cunningham, grandchildren Michelle Weaver, Austin Weaver and Kristan Norris Cunningham, step-father-in-law Robert Rains, Aunt Hazel Henny, adopted brothers and sisters, Cris Reynolds, Betty Burnett, Jackie Rogers and Juanita VanBuskirk, sister-in-laws Jo'eannoea Sals, Dianna Rains and Barbara Laswell, niece Jackie Diede, Chris Diede, great-niece Kaylen Diede and Stephanie Franklin, Cherokee brother Mike "Kola" Rockwell, Navaho brother "Temok," cousin Jamie Hicks, good friends Lou Cunningham and Herbier Knecht, and many other extended family and friends.
At her request, cremation will take place with her ashes buried at a later date.
Services will take place Wednesday at noon at French Funeral Home.
Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
