Resident attends dance caravan

Kaya Daub crowned Ms. Petite Soloist for receiving the Top Scoring Petite Solo Performance.
Lorenze-Daub and Kaya Daub attended the Hoctor's Dance Caravan July 13-16 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The Hoctor's Dance Caravan is in its 48th year of touring and training students and teachers across the U.S. Both Dana and Kaya Daub took classes in ballet, lyrical, jazz, hip-hop, and tap.

The All-Star Faculty included: Jerry Rose (ballet), Loree Russeau (jazz/lyrical), Mary Beth Hansohn (ballet), Barry Youngblood (hip-hop), Angela Carter (tap), Hayley McClelland (tap), and Quentin Bolden (hip hop).

Kaya Daub, 6 years-old, competed in the "Stars Of Tomorrow National Competition" and received a gold in ballet, gold in tumble dance, and gold in character tap. Kaya's routines are original choreographs of Dana Lorenze-Daub. Dana is teaching classes that consist of ballet, jazz, and tumbling at Moore's Dance Company.
