The residents were robbed of approximately $250 in cash.

  • What is going on in our town?

  • @sassypants:

The same things that happen in other towns. We like to believe our town is perfect and not susceptible to these kind of things, but the truth is we are just like everywhere else.

  • This Picture does not look right. If they were masked how could they recognize them in a line up. If the stun gun was dropped do they have fingerprints? How did they get away with $250 if they were able to get the stun gun away for them. More like vendetta against Mr. Roberts knowing he had a criminal background. What about the character of the accusers. Any body check them out? This is just the beginning of questions.

  • "Both assailants were unmasked during the altercation and one of the men was recognized by the victims. The victims also saw the face of the second man."

Whosright: Did you only read the first sentence of this article? Who said they didn't get fingerprints from the gun? It's still under investigation so they're not going to release everything. Second, who is Mr. Roberts? Story says nothing of a "Mr. Roberts." What do you mean "What about the character of the accusers, anybody check them out?" It's nobodys job on here to 'check them out.' That is what the police are doing, thank god you're not in law enforcement. This case would have been doomed from the beginning.

  • I know the woman that is one of the victims. this did indeed happen. She's sporting a black eye from the assault. One of the guys picked up a knife from the home and attempted to stab her. There were 3 young children in this home at this time, and this is unnacceptable for any reason. Although I do not know much about her boyfriend, I do not believe in anyway that she has anything to do with meth. could there be meth in the home or could these guys be on meth--anything is possible; not just in Clay County, but in Putnam, Vigo, Parke, Greene.

This is very unfortunately and it is very likely that these two were looking for something.
