Last drug raid suspect in custody

The United States Marshal's Office Fugitive Task Force has notified the Clay County Sheriff's Department the last elusive suspect from the August drug sweep is currently in custody.

Nicole J. Bond-Lange, 38, Brazil, was wanted for two class B felony charges of Dealing Methamphetamine, two class D felony charges of Maintaining a Common Nuisance and two class B misdemeanor charges of Visiting a Common Nuisance.

The arrest warrant was one of 40 issued and served at more than 25 residences in Clay, Parke, Owen, Hendricks and Monroe counties by the Clay County Prosecutor's Office for the August drug sweep.
