North Clay downs Riverton Parke

Jami Warner had 20 service points for the seventh-grade in Wednesday's win over the Panthers.
North Clay's volleyball teams went on the road for a pair of wins on Wednesday night.

The seventh-grade Knights im-proved to 13-1 overall this season by downing Riverton Parke, 25-13, 25-4.

Jami Warner rang up 20 service points in the victory and was aided by six points each from Lesli Ringo and Katie Girton. Contributing four points was Libby Deckard and Shelby Timberman added two. Both Jade Mills and Lorrie LaTourette had one point apiece.

In the eighth-grade match, North Clay scrambled back to win 18-25, 25-18, 15-9 over the Panthers.

Brylie Riddell pounded out 10 kills in the win along with three points and an ace.

Ashley Sutherland had six points and an ace while Chandler Pell chalked up six points and two aces.

Courtney Maccarone had seven points with an ace, Sierra Girton had four points with a pair of aces and Alexus Bex had two points and one ace. Nicole Linton had two points and both Taylor Dickison and Sydney Pursell contributed a point each.
