He was born Jan. 14, 1951, in Jeffersonville, to Margaret and Frank Wright.
Frank kept busy working for family and friends landscaping and doing odd jobs. He was a very talented carpenter who had a knack for figuring out how to build nearly anything. Frank also had a soft heart for animals. He was known by his family to have taken in many stray animals and cared for them until they had been brought back to health.
He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings Mary Ganford, Sherman DeBoard, Faye Butler, Brenda Allen, Bob Wright, Maxine Wright, aunts and uncles Dorothy and Bob Adam, Mertyle and John Williams.
Survivors include his girlfriend of 11 years Monie Call, sister Carol Walker and husband Jerry, Brazil, niece Heather and husband Josh Padgett, Tennessee, Phyllis Powell, Indianapolis, as well as many nieces and nephews and extended family members.
At his request, cremation services will be provided. French Funeral Home has been entrusted with his care.
