Hoosiers end exhibition slate with win

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP) -- Malik Story scored 15 points, and Indiana defeated Bemidji State 72-54 to finish its exhibition season unbeaten.

Tom Pritchard and Nick Williams each scored 12 points for the Hoosiers on Tuesday night.

Brady Faribanks scored 14 points and Seth Haake added 12 for Bemidji State.

Indiana held Bemidji State to 33 percent shooting and outrebounded the Beavers 47-33.

Indiana led 37-26 at halftime, but Bemidji State cut the Hoosiers' lead to 42-38 with 14:27 to play. Indiana responded with a 9-3 run, including two baskets by Story, to bump the lead to 51-41 and put the Hoosiers in control for good. Indiana's largest lead was 21 points with 1:35 to play.
