Country Christmas scheduled for Bridgeton

BRIDGETON -- A cele-bration, Christmas style, will take place in Bridgeton during two weekends, Nov. 28-30 and Dec. 5-7.

Hours are 9 a.m.-8 p.m., Friday and Saturday, and 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Sunday, during both weekends.

Traditional Christmas dinner will be served at the Country Store each day beginning at 1 p.m., with turkey or ham and all fix-ins. Santa will be in the 1822 Log Cabin for the children.

Call 765-548-2136 for days and times.

Shops will be open and full of goodies and gifts. Shop the vendors in the 1878 Barn and Collom's General Store.

Visit the Mill for fresh Parke County stone ground products.

The Olde School will be open during the second weekend. In addition, those interested may tour the historic district with lights and decorations.

Bridgeton is located nine miles south of Rockville on State Road 59, north of Brazil.
