Poland Lion's Club to host breakfast Saturday

Monday, December 8, 2008

POLAND -- The Poland Community Lion's Club will conduct its first all-you-can-eat pancake and sausage breakfast Saturday, at Zion United Church of Christ, Poland.

"The funds raised from this event will help support the Lion's Club and many of our community outreach projects," Lion's Club Vice President Scott Tieken said.

The breakfast will run from 8-11 a.m. Cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children at the door. Santa Claus will make a special appearance at 9 a.m.

Photos with Santa will be available on site for $3 each.

"We are looking forward to sharing the holiday spirit with others and meeting members of our community during this event," Lion's Club President Pam Tabor said.

Actually... Zion is NOT on 42. It's south on Poland-Bowling Green Road.
