According to Little Caesar's "shaker boarder" Robert Judd, not minding the weather and wearing "lots of layers of clothing" are the tricks of the trade. Judd, 19, Brazil, was caught tossing an advertising board into the air along United States 40 near the business, located at 1113 E. National Ave., in the frigid temperatures Monday night.
