Rebecca Jo Price, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Price, Brazil, participated in the annual Nurses' Capping Ceremony held at Pensacola Christian College on Nov. 29, 2008.
Many parents, friends, and professional staff from the various clinical institutions where the nursing students will receive their clinical experience were in attendance. The capping ceremony marks the beginning of their professional experience. The program included an address by Dr. Troy Shoemaker, PCC Academic Administrator, and the Florence Nightingale Pledge to uphold the ideals of the nursing profession.

Seven Students from Clay County were among 1,795 students who received degrees during graduation ceremonies De. 13 at Indiana Wesleyan University's main campus in Marion.
Graduating were: Paula Brockman, Crystal Brown, Kristal Largo, Marcie Martin, Laurie Pleake, Darla Scherb, Anne Willkey.
