Three individuals believed to be involved in a rural Clay County home invasion Wednesday have been arrested by the Indiana State Police and are incarcerated at the Clay County Justice Center.
The Indiana State Police have confirmed that three suspects have been arrested for their alleged involvement in the Clay County case include Joshua L. Orman, 23, Brazil, James Levi Orman (cousin of Joshua), 18, Brazil, and Lindsey J. Beaman, 19, Bloomfield, Ind.
Investigating the case for more than 35 straight hours, the detectives' case accelerated after the 17-year-old victims were allegedly able to identify one of their attackers from a photo line-up.
The victims were allegedly assaulted, held at gunpoint, and numerous electronic items were taken from their home around 3:30 a.m., Wednesday.
Although there were similarities with a second home invasion that took place in Vigo County, the Vigo County Sheriff's Department investigation is ongoing and there have not been any confirmed arrests at this time.
