Does Mayor Bradshaw show up for anything?

I dont think so...she might be put on the spot and have to answer a question.....without her staff telling her what to say.

How many times has she not shown up to an event. I dont know the number but thats all we ever hear. Maybe we should have Lovett mayor, since he can show up!
