Freda Kathryn (Boyce) Stallard

Freda Kathryn (Boys) Stallard, 87, New Castle, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2009.

She was born Oct. 21, 1921, in Brazil, the daughter of the late Dewey and Viola Woolford Boyce.

She was a homemaker and an administrative assistant for Packard Manufacturing. She was a member of the Welcome Wagon Club.

She is survived by her husband of more than 60 years, Lowell Stallard, daughter Michele Bair, New Castle, and granddaughter Melissa Lynn Bair, New Castle.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandson Derick Allan Bair in 2001, brother-in-law Phil Stallard Jr. in 2006, and sister Dorothy Boyce in 2007.

Private family services will take place at a later date. Marcum Community Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
