Braving the cold!

This photograph was submitted by a local resident. It depicts a Brazil postal carrier delivering mail Wednesday afternoon following the snowstorm. The unidentified people who took the photo said, "We say thanks to our faithful postman ... still delivering in the snow. Courtesy Photo.
