Back on the job

Tuesday, February 3, 2009

Brazil City Police Department Reserve Officer Bill Hammer was back at work directing traffic at Eastside Elementary and Northview High School, Tuesday, a welcome sight to see for many parents and students. Knee replacement surgery in July 2008 has kept him from working. Clay Community School Corporation Director of Transportation Frank Misner is glad to have him back to work. Hammer has been directing traffic for nine years and a reserve officer since 1982. Kimberly Gleason Photo.
