* Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers, 717 E. National Ave., Brazil (two non-critical items),

* Coffee Cup Restaurant, 903 W. Jackson St., Brazil (two non-critical items, three non-critical items from previous inspection corrected),

* J&K Gift Gallery, 1030 W. National Ave., Brazil (one non-critical item), and

* Gas America Convenience, 2030 E. National Ave., Brazil (one critical item: Sandwich at 50-degrees. Cold foods must be stored at 41-degrees or below; one non-critical item).

Establishments with no violations at time of inspection

Wendy's Old-Fashioned Hamburgers, 717 E. National Ave., Brazil (follow-up inspection, two non-critical items from previous inspection corrected),

* Grille by the Green Restaurant, Oak Ridge Golf Course, 9784 N CR 300 E, Brazil,

* Papa John's Pizza, 99 Forest Park Plaza, Brazil,

* Phillips 66 East Convenience, 1506 E. National Ave., Brazil, and

* Quick Pick South Convenience, 7996 N SR 59, Brazil.

Do the health inspectors check water/ice at these places? I went to Wendy's on 2/7 and ordered a large diet soda, the taste was so bad I couldn't drink it, I dumped the soda, thinking I could use the ice, the ice smelled horrible. What's up with the water there?

How come in all of these food inspections they have been showing in the paper I have never seen Mario's or Double N Diner? Just curious.
