The 19th annual Clay County Business Showcase will take place at the National Guard Armory in Brazil Saturday, Feb. 21, from 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
Formerly called the Clay County Home Expo, the name was changed this year to go along with a change in format, from three days to one day.
The old Saturday hours of 10 a.m.-5 p.m., will be extended, giving more people a chance to attend.
Admission and parking are free.
There will be food served by the Jackson Township Volunteer Fire Department and the Clay County Extension Homemakers will again have their annual bake sale. Many other commercial and community businesses will have booth spaces to enable people attending to see what is offered and get better acquainted.
The Clay County Sheriff's Department will offer the Child Care ID Program, which will give parents a digital record of their child's photograph, vital statistics and a DNA sample.
This will be offered free of charge between 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m., at the business showcase.
