Recently, Riddell National Bank Branch Manager Gail Weaver presented Center Point Town Marshal Kenneth Wilkins with $100 for the department's reinstated "Reserve Police Officer Program." Wilkins said the money would be used to help offset training and equipment costs for volunteer officers. To make a donation to the program or learn more about becoming a reserve officer for the Center Point Police Department, contact Wilkins or Center Point Town Board President Roy Smith at 812-835-3142.
