Mr. Billy B. Jolliff, 64, Greencastle, formerly of Brazil, passed away Thursday morning at his residence.

Born March 13, 1944, in E. St. Louis, he was the son of John Wesley and Betty (Tweedy) Joliff.

He was a United States Army Veteran, having served in the Vietnam War.

He married Geraldine (Borkowski) Jolliff in October 1962. She survives.

Mr. Jolliff had worked as a brakeman with the railroad for 36 years, retiring in 2004 from CSX Railroad. He was a member of the American Legion, Order of the Eagles, and the V.F.W., all of Brazil.

Survivors include his wife, daughters Anita Miller and Dawn Jolliff, both of Brazil, brother Edwrad Kirst and wife Rose, Festus, Mo., and grandchildren Broc and Ramey Miller and Sydney Jolliff.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son Billy John Jolliff and brother Johnny Lee Jolliff.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009, at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, 703 E. Washington St., Greencastle.
