Northview falls to Alices

VINCENNES -- Although the Northview High School boys' basketball squad led throughout most of the first half, the Knights fell victim to the third quarter in a 61-49 loss on the road to Vincennes Lincoln.

The Alices outscored the Knights, 24-10, in the third period after Northview had a 27-23 lead heading into halftime.

Austin Akers and Clint Reynolds each had 12 points to pace the Knights while Jacob Musgrave added 10.

Kyle Tucker finished with a game-high 18 points to lead Vincennes Lincoln.

In junior varsity action, the Knights fell to the Alices, 61-31.

Northview (9-12) will face Danville on the road Wednesday in the final game of the regular season.
