Local vet honored by state association

The Indiana Veterinary Medical Association has awarded Certificates of Excellence in Education to 52 veterinarians throughout the state in recognition of their commitment to excellence in the health care of the state's animal population.

Receiving a certificated in Knightsville was Rick L. Rodgers, DVM.

Award recipients must have completed at least 40 hours of continuing education during the past year. Certification is renewable annually upon meeting the required continuing education standards.
