Leona V. Mehok Salitros

Leona V. Mehok Salitros, 99, Indianapolis, passed away March 20, 2009.

She was born July 6, 1909, in Fontanet, Ind., the daughter of Mike and Elizabeth Orzlac Mehok.

She is a charter member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church and a member of Warren Wrens Homemakers Club.

Leona is the widow of John Salitros.

She is survived by daughter Mary E. (Terry) McGinley, granddaughters Erin (Troy) Gamble, Kelli (Derek) Collins, great-grandchildren Tyler, Garrison Gamble, Katie, Lizzie and Emily Collins.

Services will be Monday, March 23, 9:30 a.m., at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, at 10 a.m.

Burial will be at Restlawn Cemetery, Brazil.

Memorials may be made to St. Vincent DePaul Society.
