Sunday School starts at 9:30 a.m., with worship service following at 10:30 a.m. Doug Parkey is the minister. If you need transportation to morning worship service, please phone the church office at 446-3211. The bus is wheel-chair equipped.

Children's Church and Wee Worship meet at 10:30 a.m. in the Educational Building.

Evening worship and Youth Groups meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday Evening Bible Study and Prayer Group meets at 7 p.m.

We welcome into our fellowship Chelsea Barker, who was baptized into Christ last Sunday morning.

We also welcome Victor "Tub" Mace, who transferred his membership.

We are blessed by these additions to our congregation.

The Easter sunrise service this year will be at 7 a.m. Breakfast will follow the Sunrise Service. The Easter Drama will be presented on Friday, April 10 at 7 p.m., and also on Sunday morning, April 12, at 10:30 a.m.


Sunday School is at 9:30 a.m. Church service begins at 10:30 a.m. David Brown is our Pastor and his wife Elaine brings the Children's Message. Glenna Simons is the pianist.

This year's schedule for Holy Week begins with Maundy Thursday service, at 7:30 p.m., on April 9. On Easter morning (April 12), Sunrise Service will be at 7:30 a.m., followed by breakfast at 8:30 a.m., and church service at the special time of 10 a.m.

Remember that the Community Food Pantry is open in the church's basement on the last Wednesday afternoon of each month, from 3-5 p.m. The next Food Pantry day will be April 29. Anyone in the Staunton area in need of help is welcome. We truly appreciate the support of Staunton Christian Church and Staunton Elementary School, as well as other churches, civic organizations, and individuals, in helping to make this needed outreach a success.

Please remember to keep praying for everyone who is battling illness, as well as all the brave men and women of our military and their families.

Also remember in prayer all the folks in nursing homes and hospitals, and those who have lost loved ones.

Go out of your way to be kind to someone, and pray for everyone.
