The third annual "We Wish You Well" program is to be presented to the Northview High School senior girls Wednesday, from 8:40-10:40 a.m.
Representatives from the community will be speaking about topics including breast health, healthy feet, PAPS Test and yearly examinations, HPV and meningitis immunizations and developing a relationship with your female health provider.
Speakers for the event include Terri Acton from Clara Fairbanks Center for Women, Dr. Miranda Goodale, Ester Acree the Dean of the School of Nursing at Indiana State University, Diane Dierks from the Clay County Health Department, and Jeanne Potts from the Community Rural Health Clinic.
The program is organized by Family and Consumer Science Dept. to encourage young women to take care of their bodies.
Door prizes will be handed out, which were donated by local doctors, Delts and Tri-Kappa sororities.
