French Funeral Home is inviting all to its Easter Egg Hunt this Sunday at 1 p.m. The event will take place in the field behind the Lawson-Miller Chapel and Crematory.
Grand prizes include a wagon for children up to 4, a bicycle for children ages 5-8 and an Ipod Nano for children ages 9-12.
Other Easter Egg Hunts that have been reported to The Times include:
* The Knightsville United Methodist Church has scheduled an Easter Egg Hunt for April 10, at 2:30 p.m., at the old Knightsville school yard. The event is for children ages 0-18,
* First Christian Church has scheduled its annual Easter Egg Hunt for Saturday, April 11.
The hunt will take place at the Forest Park Cow Palace.
Registration begins at 9:30 a.m., while the hunt will start at 10 a.m.
The event is open to all children ages 12-under.
Last year, more than 500 children participated in the hunt, which took place March 22.
Children will have the opportunity to hunt for eggs, earn prizes and enjoy entertainment,
* The Brazil Nazarene Church, 1002 E. National Ave., Brazil, will conduct a "Passport to Kidz Mission," Easter Egg Hunt Saturday, April 11, from 1-3 p.m.
The event is for children ages 11-under.
Snacks, treat bags, prizes and entertainment will be offered.
