Roger's Custom Butchering and Deer and Processing recently joined the Clay County Chamber of Commerce. On hand for the celebration included (from left) Brazil Mayor Ann Bradshaw, Brazil City Clerk/Treasurer Karen McQueen, Brazil City Council member Brad Deal, business representatives Rob Dailey, Roger Dailey, Bob Acree, Roger Torbert, Clay County Commissioner Jack Withers, business representative Jay Burk, Chamber member Lynne Llewellyn, Chamber Office Manager Dalene Nelson and Indiana Board of Animal Health representative Dr. David M. Bough. The business hours of operation are Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m.-noon. The business specializes in butchering homegrown products and is located at 4381 W. United States 40.

It's not in the city!!!! It's west of the flashers (CR 425 W) on US 40. And yes if will be a good business....its been there for years.
