She was born in Terre Haute, Jan. 2, 1947. She worked for 500 Platolene for 10 years, and DADC as a security guard for 13 years. She was a member of the Vigo County Conservation Club and the VFW 1127 ladies auxiliary.
Survivors included her husband of 42 years, Joseph Hamilton, one daughter and son-in-law Lorie and David Traver, Brazil, and one son Brian Hamilton, Terre Haute, four grandchildren: Whitney, Rachael, Chris, and Kersandra, three brothers Jim Fleener and Mike Fleener, Terre Haute, and Randy Fleener, California, one sister and brother-in-law, Lynette and Mike Singleton, Evansville, brother's-in-law Charles, Billy, Bobby, Jonny, Michele, Patrick, Terry and Donald and sisters-in-law Carol, Sissy, Mable, Phyllis, Peggy, Donna Kay, Ruby and Vicki.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Virginia Fleener.

Cremation will take place and a celebration of life will be at the Vigo County Conservation Club, Saturday April 18, 2009, from 4-7 p.m., 10382 Grotto Road, Terre Haute.
The family is requesting, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to her husband, Joe Hamilton, to help with expenses and or the Vigo County Conservation Club, or the VFW Woman's Auxillary No. 1127, Brazil, in memory of Ann Toni Hamilton.
