MONROVIA -- The Indiana Koi and Water Garden Club will conduct its 13th annual Pond Tour and Vendor Fair June 13-14.
The tour is self-guided and will start at the Monrovia Festival Community Building, 50 S. Walnut St., Monrovia.
Tickets may be purchased at the site for $8 per adult. Children will be admitted for free.
There will be between eight and 12 landscaped koi ponds on the tour.
The event will take place June 13 from 9 a.m.-6 p.m., and June 14 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
In conjunction with the tour will be the first Koi Show, taking place at the Monrovia Festival Community Building. The koi show is free of charge and hour are the same as the pond tour.
Tickets may be purchased before the event at Aquatic Design, 445 N. Chestnut St., Monrovia.
The club has a goal to educate people in the care and keeping of koi. Vendors will sell koi and related items at the vendor fair.
