GREENCASTLE -- The Northview Knights got a bit of revenge on Monday evening, taking a six-stroke win over Greencastle at Windy Hill Golf Course.

The Tiger Cubs were able to finish ahead of the Knights on Northview's home course earlier this season in tournament play. Ryan Turner made sure that wouldn't happen again by shooting a nine-hole score of 36 to earn medalist honors.

"(Windy Hill) is a very difficult place to win," Northview coach Scott Buell said. "Ryan had an outstanding round. I was talking to (the Greencastle) kids and they said it was the lowest anyone has shot there against them this year."

Daniel Eaglin carded a 40 for the Knights with Drew Snyder and Kade Baker each shooting a 42 and Austin Akers at 43 in the 160 to 166 win.

"That was their first loss," Buell said of the Tiger Cubs. "This should boost our momentum here at the end of the season."

In the JV match, Northview won 196 to 206 with Jacob Musgrave shooting a 44 to lead the team followed by a 50 from Brad Smith, a 51 from Jarrod Short and Larry Knight, a 52 from Byron Felchlia and a 53 from Dylan Moore.
