To the Editor:

One Stop, in Brazil, really went out of its way to help me get my car back on the road.

I am so impressed with how honest and affordable they are and how much free time they put into a customer by explaining and test driving.

They explained what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand, some reasons why it possibly went wrong and what I could do to prevent it next time.

While they had my car, they tightened and adjusted some things that I didn't know needed taken care of and they didn't charge me for it either. They really went above and beyond the money I paid them.

The car parts cost way more than the labor charge.
