Who are his parents? The story about the Boy Scout mentioned parents:

Chase is the son of Corey and Cathy Shields, of rural Clay County and is a student of Northview High School. His eagle project was the construction of the cross country and walking trail at Craig Park. He is a counselor at Camp K teaching swimming and aquatic skills this summer.

Why not this one?

In this day and age of so many youth being arrested for doing bad things, let's honor parents too, who are bringing their children up right with respect to others.
