Covered Bridge Art Association's Associate Members Show

Clay County artists received almost half of the awards at the Show. It was one of the finest ever offered. These members reside in Indiana and Illinois and the talent is exceptional! The show was judged by Steve Letsinger, the art curator at Rose Hulman. There will also be a "popular award" given at the end of the Show voted by those visiting the Gallery.

Awards were as follows:

* Third Place Ribbons:

"I Didn't Hear Anything" watercolor by Jane Dusanic, Terre Haute.

"Wings of Prayer" collage by Laura Mason, Terre Haute.

"Country Road" photo by Rob Robbins, Terre Haute.

"Wildlife" watercolor by Jimmie Tabor, Center Point.

* Honorable Mention:

"Come Ride with Me" acrylic by Karen LeVan, Center Point.

"New Born" oil by Art Snider, Brazil.

"Tulip Tree" watercolor by John Pratt, Urbana, Ill.

All entries will remain hanging until the end of July. The art work is for sale. Each artist is responsible for delivery at the end of the Show. Parke County artists will have their work on display also and available for immediate purchase and possession.
