* Kroger's Supermarket, 100 Forest Park Place, Brazil (two non-critical items),

* Sunrise Family Restaurant, 528 E. National Ave., Brazil (follow-up: Two repeat non-critical items; All other previous violations corrected),

* Page's Supermarket, 120 S. Forest Ave., Brazil (follow-up: All previous violations corrected).

Establishments with No Violations at Time of Inspection

* Jack's Fine Foods, 117 E. Jackson St., Brazil,

Approved to Operate with No Violations

I did not see anything about Marios if it was good or bad. Did he not get checked for violations or is he above all of that!

neither was the new restaurant in the old Blue Bonnet, Dairy Queen, McDonalds, Wendys, old Tastee Freeze, lots of taverns with food served, Simply Decotnate, several service stations that serve food and others. so maybe he is not above being inspected.

Please read the heading: "The following is a list of food service inspections as reported by the Clay County Health Department for the month of JUNE." This list is posted monthly, do a search for previous monthly inspections and I am sure you will be enlightened. I am positive I have seen Mario's listed in prior inspections this year. Why Mario, I love his restaurant and his food is fantastic!
