She was born Aug. 7, 1929, in Brazil, as the daughter of Mabel Piskie.
She was trained as a beautician and had also been the owner and operator of East Side Tavern for 27 years.
She had attended Bethel United Methodist Church and was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, VFW, American Legion and the Moose Lodge.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Dudley Jackson.
She is survived by son Wayne Jackson and wife Vanessa, Bowling Green, daughter Ruth Bussing, North Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., brother Jim Landau, Pickney, Mich., grandchildren Robert Jackson (Tracy), Dennis Jackson (Carolyn), Dawn Minor, Danial Jackson, Patrick Jackson, Joe Mills (Amanda), and John Mills (Jill) and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be noon-2 p.m., Thursday, July 23, at Moore Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, with Pastor Ernie Rush officiating. Burial will follow at Calcutta Cemetery.
