American Aikido Institute hosts seminar

The American Aikido Institute of Brazil hosted a seminar July 31-Aug. 2, taught by Haruo Matsuoka Sensei. During the seminar Matsuoka Sensei shared many concepts dealing with total body movement and the interaction between attacker and defender.
