She was born Jan. 27, 1919, in Brazil, the daughter of George Henry Overbeck and Margaret Bain Overbeck.
She graduated from Brazil High School.
She was a member of the Lutheran Church in Brazil before its closing.
In her working years, she was employed at Adamson's Cleaners and also worked for Columbia Records in Terre Haute, retiring from her office position there several years ago.
Among the pleasures in life she enjoyed were quilting, sewing for herself and her family, cooking and her love for flowers. She also enjoyed traveling with family and was a much-loved grandma.
She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant brother, and her husband William "Wally" Wallace Ferguson, who passed away in 1977.
Survivors include her children Sue Ann Webster Cooper and husband Charles, Rockville, Jerry Dale Webster and wife Janis, West Terre Haute, George Michael Webster, California, and Christy Jean Webster Pflueger and husband Myron, Murfreesboro, Tenn., step-daughter Marsha Ann Ferguson Roeschlein, seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, two step-grandchildren and several step-great-grandchildren, many cousins and extended family and a host of friends.
Services will take place Saturday, at 2 p.m., at Lawson-Miller Chapel, 1702 E. National Ave., Brazil, with Rev. William Price officiating. Music will be provided by Steve McCullough. Burial will follow at Clearview Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., service time.
Donations may be to the American Cancer Society, with envelopes available at the funeral home.
