The North Clay volleyball teams remained unbeaten this season by defeating Honey Creek at home Wednesday evening.
The seventh-grade scored a 25-16, 25-8 victory over the Bees and was paced by Mannah Mace with nine points and a pair of aces and Madison Nevins added an assist to go with six service points. Abbey Timberman and McKenzi Kumpf also had six points for the Knights.
Deaven McCrocklin and Lainey Latham each had two points with a kill and Kenzie Mager added a pair of points. Sydney Buell, Taylor Hess, Mikayla Rowan and Hannah Minor all had a point with Hess also dishing out an assist. Whitney Halfhill had a kill for North Clay in the victory.
The eighth-grade added a 25-7, 15-25, 15-9 win over Honey Creek as Shelbi Morris scored 13 points with six aces and two kills. Both Emily Pollard and Lorrie LaTourette had two points and a kill and Audrey Clark had three assists. Libby Deckard had a kill for North Clay.
The Knights improved to 6-0 this season and face Sarah Scott at home on Monday beginning at 6 p.m.
