A free water workshop at Fun Time Fitness and Aquatics will take place at 6 p.m., Wednesday.
"Plan Your Own Aquatic Fitness Program" will help participants follow the AEA, Aquatic Exercise Association, guidelines, in creating their own individualized water aerobic program.
Those attending will learn a variety of aerobic moves, stretches and toning techniques.
Participants may "pick and choose" from the techniques to complete each segment of their water aerobic program.
Those attending may participate in water or observe on deck. Each will receive handouts and resource materials.
The class will be taught by Joanna Connors.
