Jacqueline Ann Williams, 69, Greencastle, passed away Saturday morning, Oct. 17, 2009, at Millpond Health Campus, Greencastle.
Born March 3, 1940, in Wood River, Ill., she was the daughter of Mason and Margie (Mercer) Williams. She married Donald R. Williams Oct. 12, 1956, and he survives.
Mrs. Williams had worked 10 years at F.B. Distro and previously worked several years as a cashier at the IGA in Greencastle.
Survivors include her son, son David B. Williams, Fillmore, daughter Catherine Slavens, and husband Chad, Crawfordsville, sister Macel Miller and husband Max, Brazil, and grandchildren Jake Alder Williams, Megan Marie Williams, Lane Michael Slavens, Braiden Slavens, Cole Slavens and Riley Slavens.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and sons Larry Ray and Charles Wayne Williams.
Funeral services will take place at 1 p.m., Friday, Oct. 23, 2009, at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, Greencastle, with Rev. Steve Williams officiating. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery.
Visitation is at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 22, 2009.
