Twenty-month-old Chloe Dean waits patiently to have her Halloween outfit picture taken Friday afternoon while her mother Holly Dean discusses information with Brazil Times' General Manager Lynne Llewellyn. Chloe was one of several children who came to The Times' office Friday to have their picture taken in their costume.

I just wanted to say this is me and it's a horrible pic of me. They caught me off guard. My daughter look adorable thou!
